Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a selection of questions I get asked the most, hopefully this will save you
some time and enlighten you.

How do I book my bridal hair and make up?

There are a few ways you can get in touch, you can use the contact page on the website, Email me directly or call.

On booking the wedding date we ask for a £50 booking fee to secure the booking. Then on the  trial day you will need to pay 50% of the total fee for those having a trial (usually the bride and mum) the original £50 will be deducted from this.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that circumstances change when booking appointments so far in advance for your wedding however unfortunately the deposits are non refundable. We will always take each individual situation into account though especially if we have time to fill the date.

When should I have my trial?

We normally recommend having the hair and make up trials 6 -8 weeks before the wedding day, by this point most brides have all other elements of their look finalised so we can take this all into account when designing your hair and make up look, it also gives plenty of time if you decide you would like another trial.

What if I change my mind after my trial?

We will always ensure that each bride is 100% happy with their look by the end of the trial, however if after more thought you’d like to try something different, it is no problem to book a second trial. This will be charged as above.

How far do you travel?

We are happy to travel all over the country (and abroad of course!!), traveling 15miles before any petrol costs are added to you bill. After this we then charge 40p per mile.
